The Terry Arthur Physician Assistant Scholarship is awarded annually to a person who is pursuing a Master of Physician Assistant degree.  Applicant requirements:

1.  Open to a Southwell employee or a Southwell employee's immediate family member. 

2.  Must be a resident of the following counties: Ben Hill, Berrien, Coffee, Cook, Colquitt, Irwin, Tift, Turner and Worth.

3.  An accepted/enrolled PA student.

To apply: Submit an essay (800 word limit) and express your motivation to become a PA, highlight personal and work healthcare experience, school enrollment year. Submit a resume.  

The provider will be recognized and will receive a $1,000 cash award.
